I love this book so much I bought several for holiday gifts. Very pleased with this purchase. Life has already improved. He's not so happy to find out she had a daughter (supposedly) by someone else after they split but he's willing to help her, if nothing else because he doesn't approve of innocent children getting kidnapped in his territory. Delivery was well within given time period. I absolutely love this book as much as I do the first. Also there are exercises with resistance bands, foam roller, etc. The most important of these is, I believe, the the introduction of robotic assisted prostactemies that are much less invasive form of surgery that results in less loss of blood and faster recovery.
