This book does not disappoint, Simon is such a beautifully flawed and human character and his story rings so true as a young rider trying to succeed. The entanglements continue and build as he tries in many ways to help the struggling young widow since he is a wealthy and honorable man, but he never tells her he is the one who made her a widow. Ok. Sections are written by experts in that particular field. Whereas in SECRET RIVER the aboriginals are, while strongly in evidence, without a direct voice (because she refused to invent one for them), here Grenville has Dawes notes that describe his growing friendship with a group of Cadigals, and in particular Patyegarang, the model for the fictional Tagaran, and their, often playful, attempts at learning each others language. But there are other books out there for this. For a person without a Math Prog background (say, a manager), this kind of material is very useful. There are way more exercises and types of exercise, and there is lots of helpful, sensible, down to earth information about osteoporosis.The exercises start out so simple that practically anyone can do them, and yet after doing these exercises I feel so much stronger, straighter (!!!!) and am filled with energy.
