The question of who owns Hawai'i's Crown Lands today is of singular importance for Native Hawaiians in their quest for recognition and sovereignty, and this volume will become a primary resource on a fundamental issue underlying Native Hawaiian birthrights.. Government Lands were created to provide for the needs of the general population; Crown Lands were part of the personal domain of Kamehameha III and evolved into a resource designed to support the mo'i, who in turn supported the Native Hawaiian people. He argues that these lands must be examined as a separate entity and their unique status recognizedExcellent reliability so far; essentially the same results every time I have used it -- even if my mind was buzzing with details when I first turned out the lights.This book is very helpful for relaxation as well as supporting sleep. That said, some editions - e.g., Dover's Trial and Death of Socrates, which is even cheaper - also have "Euthyphro." The ever-important translation issue must also be kept in mind. The city girl did not turn out nearly as annoying as I thought she'd be. The concept of what author Martin Adams calls "community land contributions" is an idea whose time must come. No wonder it's still in print 2000 years after it was written. Hopefully the next volume will finally get the story back onto its original path, and not meander off into other side stories. This is a later edition, with little or no collector value.The price at issue was $7.95, or under 10 dollars.
