This book should probably be considered "Recreational Mathematics" and is jammed with math; very little prose accompanies it. Granddaughter enjoyed it very much!!. The confusion regarding things like "length" are clearly explained - does it refer to LOA, LWL, LOD or is the boat "length" merely marketing hyperbole?

Answer - all of the above.This would be the book to buy when contemplating the purchase of your first or next boat. It was good. I do not often recommend books to people as I believe reading choices are personal, but I would recommend this book without reservation.. Next we are introduced to the topological counterpart of entropy, which is called topological entropy. The chapter concludes with an introduction to the K-property and the Pinsker partition.The next part of the book begins with topological dynamics, where recurrence is studied from the continuous perspective. Inquiry can have many definitions, yet the outcome from reading this book is that you can incorporate inquiry so very easily. I usually spend 15-30 minutes each morning, and find there is enough variety that I can do different things on different days, which makes it much more fun. Great sour
