Fortunately, the authors explain and illustrate ways to make the poses easier using props with each description of the posture. I am not a big dessert eater, so I've not tried a lot of those recipes. The ARRL handbook provides plenty of "cookbook" style plans and schematics and the RSGB handbook provides a good coverage of theory but if you want to learn the practical skills of designing and building transmitters you have to start somewhere. Friends can help you gain the courage to change your outlook and try new things. It's not just about sleep, but about living mindfully.
